Why These Destinations?

Lauren and Mike left their cubicles in America and spent a year in Shanghai. From there they began an around-the-world journey beginning in East Asia, to Central Asia and then Eastern Europe, Europe, the Med, and then America. In 2010 they will head to South America before the Mongol Rally, a race from Italy to Mongolia. More destination guides will appear as they traverse the globe. Follow their route across the globe on the maps page or read about the countries they visit in the individual country guides by clicking on the images to the right.

About our guides

Our guides are a rough snap shot of the countries we have visited, and are not intended to be used as comprehensive travel guides. Some information may be out of date.

Mongol Rally:

We have signed up for the 2010 Mongol Rally, an international charity adventure that will cover roughly ten countries. Check out the Rally page, with route details forthcoming.
